These terms govern the use of passageledger.com, published by EURO-TOUR SRL, CIF 11371616, J08/28/1999, Str. Aninoasa 5, 500085 Brașov, Romania. Using the site accepts them.
What the site is
An editorial sheet. Ten entries, six cards, prices in euro, ratings and stay notes. Nothing is booked or paid for here: no contract of accommodation is concluded with the publisher, and the room contract is made with the house itself at the desk.
Prices and ratings
Prices are the lowest nightly rate for a double, kept by hand, and can move at the house without notice. A rating is the desk's own running note average, not a score from a booking platform.
Consumer information
For accommodation as a service, the information duties of OG 34/2014 fall on the house that lets the room; the sheet only presents the entry. Unfair commercial practices are avoided under Law 363/2007 as amended: the sheet marks no price as discounted unless a former price was actually charged.
Liability
The desk answers for the text it writes, not for a closed lane, a shut door or a changed rate. Mistakes are corrected on notice to [email protected].
